How do I cancel Puzzkey Pro?

On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Puzzkey. On Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions › Puzzkey. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

I bought Pro on another device

Open Puzzkey › Profile › Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple or Google account.

An app is not being locked

On iPhone, check Settings › Screen Time › Apps with Screen Time access, and make sure Puzzkey is on. On Android, check Settings › Accessibility › Puzzkey. If Android shows that setting as restricted, open Settings › Apps › Puzzkey › ⋮ › Allow restricted settings.

How do I stop using Puzzkey?

Turn off your locks (it takes one puzzle) and delete the app. Everything is removed from your phone.
